Diversity & Inclusion
Our Diversity and Inclusion goal is to make Lilly ANZ a great place to work where our culture of inclusion celebrates and leverages diversity to make life better for our employees.
Whoever you are, wherever you’re from, if you want to make life better for people in Australia, New Zealand and around the world, you belong here. Your differences make a difference.
To solve some of the toughest challenges in medicine we need the best people with the best, most creative ideas. We embrace our differences, and it's driving business success.

Culture: To embrace diversity in our cultural and ethnic backgrounds, fostering an inclusive workplace where individuals thrive, celebrate and learn from our differences.
Enable: To create an environment where barriers to visible and invisible needs of employees are removed to support physical and psychological well-being, enabling them to thrive.
